APPLICATIONS
- Timing belt reverse unit for LR6 linear rail & slides & a motor with a Ø3/8" shaft with flat
- 3/8" shafts are most commonly found on Nema 23 & Nema 34 Motors
- Light & medium duty linear motion

ASSEMBLY
- Insert supplied M8 square nuts into rail
- Feed timing belt thru pulley
- Move pulley over rail & join supplied M8x20 C' sunk screws with square nuts (Don't tighten yet)
- Fix timing belt on slide
- Tension belt thru access holes in back See Picture
- Tighten M8x20 C' sunk screws
- Line up set screw in pulley with access hole in pulley housing
-Insert motor shaft with flat facing set screw
- Tighten set screw against shaft using a 2.5mm hex key
- Belt length in reverse unit = 160mm
- Timing belt length = 2xRail Length + 260mm
