These clean room pass thru’s can be made in any custom width or depth. In feed and out feed tables can be made to best fit your product & clean room.

Application Details

  • Completely customizable for your application!
  • 5 foot wide pass thru with manually opened counterweighted doors
  • Green lights on both sides of the wall indicate both doors are closed
  • Reddish light indicates one of the doors is open
  • Tables & counterweighted doors are separate assemblies so they can be put on to the pass thru box on each side of the wall
  • Project #MT040122-1
  • In feed side has a cut out so the operator can set the 5 ft item down more easily
  • Electrical box has PLC that controls the lights & coordinates the door locks
  • Out feed side has room for several items to build up
  • Guides on both sides make sure nothing falls off
  • Table top & guides are anodized aluminum
  • Switch unlocks door & gives you 8 seconds to open it. Once one side is unlocked other door cannot be unlocked
