RETURN MERCHANDISE POLICY

Cut parts, machined parts or assemblies (kit or assembled) may not be returned.

The following rules and regulations must be strictly adhered to in order to obtain credit from MiniTec Framing Systems, LLC for returned merchandise. Any deviation from the policy will reduce or eliminate credit for the return:

. No Returns after 3 months from invoice date
. Merchandise must be in new, completely unused condition
. Merchandise must be in original bags
. All parts must be returned with all the original hardware
. A copy of the original Packing list must be used for the return and must indicate which part(s) are being returned and in what quantity
. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges for return (FOB MiniTec Dock)
. Shipping cartons must be sufficient to protect merchandise from damage during transit
. Customer will be responsible for shipping damages – No credit will be given for merchandise damaged in shipping
. No credit will be issued for cut/processed profiles or parts

. A restocking fee of 15% may be applied to returns (See below)**

**TOTAL AMOUNT OF CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED BASED ON THE FOLLOWING:
Part(s) returned in accordance with instructions above and where a credit memo is applied to customer’s account for future purchases:
CREDIT ISSUED AT 100% OF PURCHASE PRICE

Part(s) returned in accordance with instructions above and where a refund check or credit to a customer’s credit card is issued:
CREDIT ISSUED AT PURCHASE PRICE LESS 15%
