  • For heavy loads level using internal M10 hex nut & a 17mm crescent wrench

  • Black nylon wheel Ø50mm (2 in)
  • M12 zinc plated steel set screw stud
  • M12 hex nut. For use when bolting to a plate
  • Pad designed to lift system up to 10mm off wheel
  • Load max. – 150kg (330 lbs)
  • Weight – .76 kg

Applications

Assembly Info

  • Bore out profile center hole Ø10.2mm & tap M12x1.75, 25mm DP
  • Tighten M12 set screw into threaded hole in the top of the caster
  • With a large adjustable crescent wrench, tighten the set screw into the profile across the 46mm flats of the upper hex plate.
  • Mount to the bottom of a 45×90 profile using the Base Plate 21.1039
