Applications

Assembly Info

Insert supplied M8 square nuts into rail
Feed timing belt thru pulley
Move pulley over rail & join supplied M8x20 C’ sunk screws with square nuts (Don’t tighten yet)
Fix timing belt on slide
Tension belt thru access holes in back See Picture
Tighten M8x20 C’ sunk screws
Line up set screw in pulley with access hole in pulley housing
Insert motor shaft with flat facing set screw
Tighten set screw against shaft using a 2.5mm hex key
Belt length in reverse unit = 160mm
Timing belt length = 2xRail Length + 260mm
